Gandy Street is situated in the heart of the City of Exeter and one of the few remaining historic building in the city. It was the original 14th century home of Thomas Gandy a well known Exeter Merchart, after whom Gandy Street is named. There is many striking original features of this 14th century building.

Since 1872 its been the home of Exeter Freemasons

and the home of

St JOHN the BAPTIST Lodge No 39

27 Gandy Lane (Now Street) was also the home of W.Bro Furlong a leading surgeon at the Exeter hospital & we meet in the house in 1781,  91 years later we bought the home.
